បេសកកម្មអាត់វេនទីស្ទកម្ពុជា បានឃើញពីឥទ្ធិពលនៃការផ្សាយដំណឹងល្អដែលដឹកនាំដោយអ្នកបម្រើការងារថ្វាយព្រះដោយស្ម័គ្រចិត្ត។ នេះជាវិធីសាស្រ្តមួយដែលលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់សមាជិកក្រុមជំនុំឱ្យចូលរួមចែកចាយសេចក្តីជំនឿរបស់ពួកគេ និងដឹកនាំអ្នកដទៃឱ្យទទួលយកព្រះយេស៊ូវគ្រីស្ទជាព្រះអង្គសង្គ្រោះសម្រាប់ពួកគេផ្ទាល់។ កម្មវិធីនេះជាផ្នែកមួយនៃគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមឲ្យមានការចូលរួមពីសមាជិកទាំងអស់។ បេសកកម្មអាត់វេនទីស្ទកម្ពុជា បានលើកទឹកចិត្តសមជិកគ្រប់រូបប្រើនូវរាល់ទេពកោសល្យដែលព្រះប្រទានឱ្យ ដើម្បីរួមចំណែកបំពេញកិច្ចការរបស់ព្រះវិហារនៅក្នុងសហគមន៍ និងក្រៅសហគមន៍ផងដែរ។
នៅតំបន់មួយចំនួននៃប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដោយមិនមានគ្រូគង្វាលនោះអ្នកបម្រើការងារថ្វាយព្រះដោយស្ម័គ្រចិត្តចាំបាច់ត្រូវមានតួនាទីជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ។ អ្នកបម្រើការងារថ្វាយព្រះដោយស្ម័គ្រចិត្តទាំងនេះណែនាំសមាជិកក្រុមជំនុំក្នុងការថ្វាយបង្គំ និងការបម្រើ ដោយធានាថាកម្លាំងនៃក្រុមជំនុំរបស់ពួកគេបន្តដំណើរទៅមុខក្នុងកិច្ចបម្រើ ទោះបីជាធនធានមានកម្រិតក៏ដោយ។
លទ្ធផលនៃការខិតខំទាំងនេះគឺជាភស្តុតាងបង្ហាញយ៉ាងច្បាស់។ នៅឆ្នាំ២០២៥ មានបេក្ខជនចំនួន ២០នាក់បានធ្វើការសម្រេចចិត្តផ្លាស់ប្តូរជីវិតដើម្បីដើរតាមព្រះយេស៊ូវ ព្រមទាំងថ្វាយជីវិតរបស់ពួកគេដល់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់តាមរយៈកម្មវិធីផ្សាយដំណឹងល្អដែលដឹកនាំដោយអ្នកបម្រើការងារថ្វាយព្រះដោយស្ម័គ្រចិត្ត។ សមិទ្ធិផលនេះជាសក្ខីភាពមួយបង្ហាញពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តជាសមូហភាពរបស់សមាជិកក្រុមជំនុំក្នុងការចែកចាយដំណឹងល្អ និងរៀបចំអ្នកដទៃសម្រាប់ការយាងមកវិញរបស់ព្រះគ្រីស្ទ។
មន្រ្តីបេសកកម្មអាត់វេនទីស្ទកម្ពុជា ម្នាក់បានលើកឡើងដថា៖ «សូមសរសើរតម្កើងព្រះជាម្ចាស់សម្រាប់កិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរួមគ្នាក្នុងការហៅមនុស្សឱ្យងាកមករកទ្រង់នេះ»។ កម្មវិធីនេះនៅតែបន្តជំរុញទឹកចិត្តសមាជិកគ្រប់រូបឱ្យចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងការផ្សព្វផ្សាយដំណឹងល្អ ពង្រឹងក្រុមជំនុំ និងនាំមកនូវក្តីសង្ឃឹមដល់សហគមន៍របស់ពួកគេអទាំងមូល។ បេសកកម្មអាត់វេនទីស្ទកម្ពុជា នៅតែប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់ក្នុងបេសកកម្មរបស់ខ្លួន ដោយជំរុញឱ្យសមាជិកទាំងអស់ ចូលរួមចំណែករបស់ពួកគេ ក្នុងការឈានទៅមុខសម្រាប់នគររបស់ព្រះ ស្របតាមមហាបញ្ជារបស់ព្រះយេស៊ូវ។ គម្ពីរម៉ាថាយ ២៨៖២៨-២៩ បានចែងថា៖ «ដូច្នេះ ចូរទៅបញ្ចុះបញ្ចូលឲ្យមានសិស្សនៅគ្រប់ទាំងសាសន៍ ព្រមទាំងធ្វើបុណ្យជ្រមុជទឹកឲ្យ ដោយនូវព្រះនាមព្រះវរបិតា ព្រះរាជបុត្រា និងព្រះវិញ្ញាណបរិសុទ្ធចុះ ហើយបង្រៀន ឲ្យគេកាន់តាមគ្រប់ទាំងសេចក្តី ដែលខ្ញុំបានបង្គាប់មកអ្នករាល់គ្នាផង ហើយមើល ខ្ញុំក៏នៅជាមួយនឹងអ្នករាល់គ្នាជារាល់ថ្ងៃដែរ ដរាបដល់បំផុតកល្ប។ អាម៉ែន។»
Lay-Led Evangelism in Cambodia: Empowering Communities and Winning Souls for Christ
The Cambodia Adventist Mission (CAM) is witnessing the power of lay-led evangelism, a method that encourages church members to share their faith and invite others to accept Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. As part of the global Total Member Involvement (TMI) initiative, CAM encourages every believer to use their God-given talents to contribute to the mission of the church in the community and beyond.
In many areas of Cambodia, the absence of pastors has created a pressing need for lay Bible workers to step into leadership roles. These dedicated individuals guide church members in worship and service, ensuring the strength of their congregations keeps moving in the service despite of limited resources.
The result of these efforts is evident. This year, 20 individuals made the life-changing decision to follow Jesus and surrender their lives to God through lay-led evangelism programs. This achievement is a testament to the collective commitment of church members to share the Gospel and prepare others for Christ’s return.
“Praise God for this united effort in calling people to Him,” a CAM representative shared. The mission continues to inspire every church member to actively engage in outreach, strengthening the church and bringing hope to their communities. The Cambodia Adventist Mission remains steadfast in its mission, urging all believers to play their part in advancing God’s kingdom following Jesus’ commands. Mathews 28: 19 “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
