ពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំព្រះវិហារសម្រាប់ការបំពេញបេសកកម្ម

ជាមួយនិងការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តជាថ្មីក្នុងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលសមាជិកឱ្យក្លាយជាសិស្ស និងដើម្បីនាំដំណឹងល្អទៅកាន់មនុស្សឱ្យបានកាន់តែច្រើន បេសកកម្មអាត់វេនទីស្ទកម្ពុជា បានអញ្ជើញប៉ាស្ទ័រ និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំព្រះវិហារ មកចូលរួមក្នុងកម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំរយៈពេលបួនថ្ងៃ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី៣ ដល់ទី៦ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។ ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះដឹកនាំដោយប៉ាស្ទ័រ Niratisai Aipan ដែលជាសហការីផ្នែកកិច្ចការគ្រូគង្វាលប្រចាំតំបន់អាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ និងជាប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន NDR-IEL ដែលលោកបានលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំទាំងអស់ឱ្យពង្រឹងភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំខាងវិញ្ញាណ និងការផ្តោតយកចិត្តទុកដាក់លើបេសកកម្ម។

ឆ្លងកាត់ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ ប៉ាស្ទ័រ Niratisai Aipan បានបង្ហាញពីគោលការណ៍ជាក់ស្តែងសម្រាប់ភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំព្រះវិហារដែលប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព ព្រមទាំងបានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់លើសារៈសំខាន់នៃការស្វែងរក និងការនាំសមាជិក ស់ៗឱ្យត្រឡប់មកវិញតាមរយៈកិច្ចការងាររបស់ NDR-IEL។ លោកក៏បានណែនាំអំពីគម្រោង «សំឡេងតែមួយ ២៧»
(One Voice 27) និងបានរៀបចំយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រផ្សព្វផ្សាយដំណឹងល្អពេញមួយឆ្នាំ ដើម្បីត្រៀមលក្ខណៈសម្រាប់ពិធីជ្រមុជទឹកដែលបានគ្រោងទុកនៅខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៧ ខាងមុខ។

លើសពីនេះ ប៉ាស្ទ័រ Niratisai Aipan បានជំរុញឱ្យប៉ាស្ទ័រទាំងអស់រៀបចំពិធីលាងព្រះអម្ចាស់ជារៀងរាល់ត្រីមាសម្តងៗ

នៅតាមព្រះវិហារនីមួយៗ ដោយបានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីតួនាទីរបស់ពិធីនេះក្នុងការពង្រឹង និងបំប៉នជីវិតខាងវិញ្ញាណរបស់សមាជិកក្រុមជំនុំ។ នៅថ្ងៃបរិសុទ្ធ លោកបានដឹកនាំពិធីលាងព្រះអម្ចាស់រួមគ្នាជាមួយបណ្តាប៉ាស្ទ័រទាំងឡាយ ដោយបានបង្ហាញពីគោលការណ៍ព្រះគម្ពីរ និងជំហានជាក់ស្តែងក្នុងការប្រារពពិធីដ៏វិសុទ្ធនេះ។

វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ បានបញ្ចប់ទៅដោយការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តជាថ្មីក្នុងចំណោមថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំព្រះវិហារ ដើម្បីបំរើការងារប្រកបដោយ
ក្តីមេត្តាករុណាដូចព្រះគ្រីស្ទ ពង្រឹងក្រុមជំនុំ និងធ្វើការរួមគ្នាដើម្បីជំរុញបេសកកម្មក្នុងការចែករំលែកសេចក្តីសង្ឃឹមរបស់
ព្រះយេស៊ូវនៅទូទាំងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។

Cambodia Adventist Mission Strengthens Church Leaders for Mission

With a renewed commitment to disciple members and reach more people with the gospel, the Cambodia Adventist Mission gathered district pastors and church leaders for a four-day leadership training held July 3–6, 2026. The event featured Pastor Niratisai Aipan, SEUM ministerial associate and NDR-IEL department director, who encouraged leaders to strengthen their spiritual leadership and mission focus.

Throughout the training, Pastor Niratisai Aipan presented practical principles for effective church leadership while emphasizing the importance of seeking and reclaiming former members through the NDR-IEL ministry. He also introduced the One Voice 27 initiative and outlined a year-round evangelism strategy in preparation for the Mass Baptism planned for September 2027.

Pastor Niratisai Aipan further challenged pastors to celebrate the Communion Service quarterly in every local church, highlighting its role in nurturing members’ spiritual lives. On Sabbath, he led a Communion Service alongside with the pastors, demonstrating the biblical principles and practical steps for conducting the sacred ordinance.

The training concluded with renewed commitment among church leaders to serve with Christlike compassion, strengthen local congregations, and work together in advancing the mission of sharing the hope of Jesus throughout Cambodia.
