វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលលេខា សម្រាប់ការបម្រើកិច្ចការព្រះវិហារ​

ថ្មីៗនេះ ដើម្បីពង្រឹងការគ្រប់គ្រង និងគាំទ្រដល់បេសកកម្មរបស់ព្រះវិហារ បេសកកម្មអាត់វេនទីស្ទកម្ពុជា បានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលមួយសម្រាប់ប៉ាស្ទ័រ និងលេខាព្រះវិហារ ដែលបម្រើការនៅតាមព្រះវិហារ និងតាមតំបន់នានាទូទាំងរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។
ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះត្រូវបានធ្វើឡើងនៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលហ្វឹកហ្វឺនព្រះគម្ពីរភ្នំពេញ ក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់ប៉ាស្ទ័រ លឹម ផេង លេខាធិការប្រតិបត្តិនៃ SEUM។

វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះបានបញ្ជាក់ពីតួនាទីដ៏សំខាន់របស់លេខាព្រះវិហារក្នុងការជំរុញបេសកកម្ម តាមរយៈភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ
ដ៏ស្មោះត្រង់ ការកត់ត្រាប្រវត្តិត្រឹមត្រូវ និងការអនុវត្តការងាររដ្ឋបាលផងដែរ។ សិក្ខាកាមក៏បានពិភាក្សាអំពីបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានាដែលពួកគេបានជួបប្រទះនៅក្នុងព្រះវិហារ និងតាមតំបន់ផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់ពួកគេ ដែលបង្កើតឱ្យមានឱកាសសម្រាប់ការសហការ
និងការរៀនសូត្រតាមបែបការអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែង។

ដោយដកស្រង់ចេញពីសៀវភៅណែនាំស្តីរបស់ព្រះវិហារសេវេនដេយអាត់វេនទីស្ទប៉ាស្ទ័រ លឹម ផេង  បានផ្តល់ការណែនាំដោយផ្អែកលើព្រះគម្ពីរ និងគោលការណ៍សំខាន់ៗ ដើម្បីជួយឱ្យសិក្ខាកាមយល់ដឹងកាន់តែច្បាស់អំពីនីតិវិធីរបស់ព្រះវិហារ និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវរបស់ស្ថាប័ន។ វគ្គពិភាក្សាបានជួយពង្រឹងទំនុកចិត្តរបស់សិក្ខាកាមក្នុងការបំពេញការងារបម្រើព្រះរបស់ពួកគេប្រកបដោយភាពស្មោះត្រង់ និងសហការគ្នាជាធ្លុងតែមួយ។

វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះបានបញ្ចប់ទៅដោយការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តជាថ្មីក្នុងការគោរពតាមគោលការណ៍នានារបស់ព្រះវិហារ និងធ្វើការរួមគ្នាដើម្បីពង្រឹងក្រុមជំនុំ នៅពេលដែលពួកគេចែកចាយសេចក្តីសង្ឃឹមរបស់ព្រះគ្រីស្ទនៅទូទាំងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។

Church Clerk Training Equips Leaders for Effective Ministry in Cambodia

To strengthen church administration and support the mission of the church, the Cambodia Adventist Mission recently hosted a training for pastors and church clerks serving churches and districts across Phnom Penh. Held at the Phnom Penh Training Center, the event was led by Pastor Lim Teng Pheng, executive secretary of the Southeast Asia Union Mission (SEUM).

The training highlighted the vital role of church clerks in advancing the mission through faithful leadership, accurate recordkeeping, and administrative practices. Participants also discussed challenges they encounter in their local churches and districts, creating opportunities for collaboration and practical learning.

Drawing from the Seventh-day Adventist Church Manual, Pastor Lim Teng Pheng provided biblical and policy-based guidance to help participants better understand church procedures and organizational responsibilities. The interactive sessions strengthened participants’ confidence in carrying out their ministry with integrity and consistency.

The training concluded with a renewed commitment to uphold the church’s policies and work together in strengthening local congregations as they share the hope of Christ throughout Cambodia.
